Я из России. Всё верно на самом деле написано,кроме газа и нефти - он в бюджете занимает 25% прибыли.
Хоть эта страничка русофобская и во многом - сборник всяких заблуждений и страшилок про СССР,Россию и так далее - эта статья достаточно верна =)
